Zhen H. Cai, P.E. is a highly experienced electrical engineer with a focus on design and configuration in various sectors, including pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Currently serving as Lead Electrical Engineer at IPS-Integrated Project Services since August 2020, Zhen has previously held positions such as Principal Engineer at Javan Engineering and Electrical Engineer at Amec Foster Wheeler, where responsibilities included the creation of electrical design drawings and the specification of critical equipment. Zhen also has substantial experience from roles at SYSTRA Consulting, Sargent & Lundy, and The Shaw Group, in addition to an early internship at Philadelphia International Airport.
