Agnès Audoin serves as the Legal Director for Rare Diseases at Ipsen since July 2018, providing strategic legal support across R&D, Medical, and Commercial operations, and facilitating decision-making in cross-functional projects. In this capacity, Agnès manages various legal aspects, including clinical studies and partnerships, while overseeing the recruitment of legal professionals. Prior experience includes serving as Legal Manager at RATP Smart Systems, where Agnès negotiated international contracts and established partnerships, and as Legal Counsel at Scancube, focusing on the creation of a distribution network and international contract negotiations. Agnès holds a Master’s Degree in European Law from Université de Bordeaux and has participated in educational programs at multiple institutions, including University of Turku.
