Alison Macdonald currently serves as a Strategic People Partner at Oxford Brookes University since January 2022, while also holding the position of HR Business Partner at Ipsen since April 2021. Previously, Alison worked as HR Director at The British Horse Society from March 2015 to September 2020, leading a transformational change initiative within the organization.
