Ana Dufour is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across major organizations in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Ipsen since February 2024, Ana previously held the position of Director of People & Culture at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included leading HR functions across multiple regions, overseeing talent management, and driving culture transformation.
