Andrew Adams possesses extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Alliance Director and General Manager at Ipsen since April 2019. Prior roles at Ipsen include General Manager for the UK & Ireland (Ad Interim), Director of Business & Customer Excellence for the UK & Ireland, Head of Commercial Excellence, and Commercial Operations Team Lead. Before joining Ipsen, Andrew gained significant expertise at Novartis from May 2006 to March 2019, holding positions such as Head of Strategic Capabilities & Excellence and Business Franchise Head - Commercial Operations. Andrew's career began at Sanofi-aventis as a Group Commercial Product Manager from November 2001 to April 2006. Academically, Andrew holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Chemistry from Bournemouth University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Chemistry from the University of Portsmouth.
