Boris Skrobek

Boris Skrobek is a Senior Data Scientist freelance who began their career as a biostatistician at AgroParisTech, focusing on statistical analysis of microarray experiments. They continued to work in biostatistics at CNRS UMR8199, analyzing GWAS studies related to metabolic diseases. After a brief hiatus to cycle around the world, Boris contributed to the data field at Autovisual, developing models for used car valuations and later became the lead data scientist at Groupe Argus, where their quotation algorithm gained widespread use. Currently, Boris is a consultant at Ipsen, working on automatic bibliography generation algorithms and synthetic population generation while seeking new challenges in the data industry.
