Chan Scott

Chan Scott (Jianxu) is the Chairman and General Manager of Dermatology, Chronic & Aesthetics at 天津医药集团 and serves as a Board Member at Ipsen. They have over 16 years of sales, marketing, and people management experience and about 7 years of P&L responsibility in OTC/consumer healthcare (including Rx), medical devices, and disposal across Medical, Commercial, Retail, E-commerce, and Omni channels. They previously held multiple roles at GSK from 2019 to 2021, including Trade Marketing Director and National Broad Medical Market Channel Head. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing English Teaching from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (2003–2007) and completed the BiMBA Leadership program at Peking University (2017–2018).
