Davy Rey

Davy Rey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in external manufacturing integration and operational excellence, currently serving as Senior Director at Ipsen since June 2017. In this role, Davy leads due diligence and asset integration initiatives while focusing on improving operational processes. Prior positions at Ipsen include Global Business Process Owner for Forecast-to-Produce and Business Process Owner for Global Supply Chain, where significant transformation and leadership of large project teams were achieved. Prior to Ipsen, Davy worked as Senior Manager at STEP Consulting, and Manager of Performance Improvement at KXIOP, delivering substantial cost reductions and performance enhancements across various industries. Davy's career began with a foundational role as Process Engineer at Coty, after earning a Master Degree in Industrial Systems Engineering from the Université de Technologie de Troyes. Academic studies also included an exchange program at Clemson University in Industrial Engineering & Management. Notable recognition includes being a finalist for Gartner’s Supply Chainnovators in 2020.
