Dominique Bery

Dominique Bery currently holds the position of Region Head for Northern & Central Europe at Ipsen, overseeing operations in ten direct countries and additional territories through partners. Bery has previously served as General Manager for the Nordics & Baltics, focusing on providing cancer and movement disorder treatments in seven countries. In prior roles at Ipsen, Bery was Executive Vice President of Strategy and Transformation, leading the corporate strategy and global digital initiatives, and Senior Vice President of Group Transformation, aimed at positioning Ipsen as a leader in biotechnology. Before Ipsen, Bery spent over 15 years at McKinsey & Company as a Partner in the Healthcare sector, co-leading the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Products Practice in Europe. Bery holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree from ESSEC Business School.
