Donna Stevens

Donna Stevens is an experienced leader in pharmaceutical manufacturing, currently serving as the VP and Site Head at Ipsen's Cambridge Manufacturing site in the US since August 2002. With a strong background in managing all aspects of manufacturing operations, including Production, Quality Operations, and Supply Chain, Donna has effectively overseen the production of a liposomal oncology product. Previously, Donna held various leadership roles within Ipsen, addressing external manufacturing partnerships and leading significant programs in R&D and commercial operations. Prior to Ipsen, experience includes positions at Aventis Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities spanned project management in oncology and technical transfer of multiple drug products, as well as earlier roles focused on process qualification and improvements in the pharmaceutical industry. Donna holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Nottingham Trent University, and further advanced leadership training from IMD and London Business School.
