Fabienne Astier

Fabienne Astier is currently serving as the Global Head of Talent at Ipsen since September 2021. Prior to this role, Fabienne held several key positions at Sanofi Pasteur, including Senior VP Global Business HR Vaccines and VP Global Business HR Vaccines Commercial Operations, from January 2016 to March 2021. Fabienne's extensive tenure at Sanofi from July 1995 to December 2015 includes significant roles such as VP HR Europe and VP HR Sanofi France, overseeing large teams and various HR functions across multiple regions. Fabienne also contributed to marketing as a Marketing Director at Sanofi, directing product portfolios in neurology, geriatrics, OTC, and cosmetics. Education includes degrees in coaching and business from prestigious institutions such as HEC Paris and EDHEC Business School, along with certifications from the International Coaching Federation.
