Fiona Connell is a highly professional and motivated Human Resources Business Partner and Mental Health First Aider with extensive experience in the public sector and marketing industries. They have worked in various HR roles, including Generalist positions at WPP and as an HR Business Partner at the Health Development Agency, where they managed complex Employee Relations cases and facilitated organizational transformations. Currently, Fiona partners with Ipsen, continuing their commitment to effective HR practices and employee engagement while previously serving as DEI Lead at Cision UK.
