Gareth Collins

Gareth Collins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and sustainability across various industries. Currently serving as VP EHS & Environmental Sustainability at Ipsen since June 2023, Gareth previously held roles such as Senior Director of Sustainability & EHS at embecta and Director of EHS & Sustainability at Baxter International Inc., where significant contributions were made towards enhancing EHS performance and fostering a strong sustainability focus. Prior to these positions, Gareth worked at Diageo in multiple roles, including Global Safety Lead and Global Beer Environment Manager, where strategies were developed to ensure safety and environmental excellence. Gareth's early career included work as a Senior EHS Consultant at PM Group, complemented by a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from Queen's University Belfast and a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from the University of Galway.
