Ian Mullinger

Ian Mullinger is currently the Validation Manager at Ipsen, having held positions in the field since 2004. They began their career as a Senior Project Engineer at Ipsen, where they managed a £6M Analytical Laboratory Facility project. They later worked as a Validation Manager at Allergy Therapeutics, implementing validation policies and managing teams. Ian's extensive experience includes roles at GSK as a CQV Manager and Project Manager, where they oversaw various validation and capital projects, demonstrating strong leadership and project management skills. Ian holds a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering from the University of Sunderland and an MSc in Pharmaceutical Engineering from The University of Manchester.
