Irene Chang is a seasoned disease area lead with extensive experience in the pharmaceuticals industry, primarily in the fields of hematology and oncology. They have held key positions at companies such as Amgen, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Bayer HealthCare, where they demonstrated proficiency in strategic planning, clinical trial management, and compliance. Irene earned a Master of Science in Genetics from National Yang-Ming University and completed a Data Science Boot Camp at Northwestern University, focusing on Big Data Analytics. Currently, they serve as the Medical Head for Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau at Ipsen.
