James Otto

James Otto, PhD, currently serves as Senior Global Medical Affairs Director for External Innovation and New Products Strategy at Ipsen, focusing on the development and execution of strategies for neurology rare diseases and leading the medical aspects of the injectable neurotoxin, aboBoNT-A. Prior experience includes roles such as US Medical Head for Neurology at Ipsen, where strategic medical initiatives were developed for movement disorder therapies, and Medical Lead for OTC Switch at Pfizer, overseeing Rx-to-OTC switch strategies. At GSK, James Otto held the position of Medical Director and Global Lead, managing extensive medical operations for pain management and smoking cessation categories.
