Kyle Bailey

Kyle Bailey is currently the Head of Commercial Operations for the Rare Disease Business Unit at Ipsen and has taken on the role of Chief of Staff. They previously served as a Senior Key Account Manager and Senior Manager of Sales Operations at Zogenix, Inc., and held various positions at UCB, including Senior Provider Liaison and Associate Director of U.S. Strategy & Operations. Kyle gained consulting experience at Triage Consulting Group, where they progressed from Associate Consultant to Senior Consultant. They hold an MBA from Duke University and are pursuing degrees in Drug Development and in Marketing with a Financial Management minor from Clemson University and IÉSEG School of Management.
