Laurent Pons

Laurent PONS is a seasoned professional in the field of pharmacology with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as the Clinical Pharmacology Director at Ipsen since March 2010, PONS has also held the role of Non Clinical Drug Safety Project Manager. Prior to this, PONS worked as a Preclinical Client Relationship Manager at Eurofins Pharma Discovery Services for a short period in late 2009. Between 2007 and 2009, PONS was the Chief Executive Officer and Test Facility Manager at Instimed, a contract research organization focused on preclinical services. PONS' earlier experience includes serving as Head of Safety Pharmacology at Pierre Fabre Médicament and as Study Director in Pharmacology at IMT Pharmatox. PONS earned a PhD in Pharmacology from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III.
