Margy Staikou is a CIPD certified HR Business Partner with over nine years of experience in HR generalist roles across the tech, pharma, and professional services sectors. Margy currently serves as a Group HRBP at Treatwell, collaborating with senior stakeholders on employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Previously, Margy held positions at Ipsen, Hotwire, and TSG-Consulting, where they contributed to significant HR initiatives and process improvements. Margy has earned a BSc in Psychology from The University of Glasgow and an MSc in Health Psychology from University College London.
