Marius Tham

Marius Tham, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Global Medical Affairs Oncology at Ipsen, having held various roles within the company since September 2016, including Senior Manager and Global Medical Lead for Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC). Prior to Ipsen, Marius worked as a Junior Manager in Quality Assurance and Product Compliance at Losan Pharma GmbH, focusing on GMP compliance and project management. Marius's research experience includes positions as a Research Scientist at the German Cancer Research Center, specializing in the Genetics of Skin Carcinogenesis, as well as an Assistant Scientist at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies. Marius earned a Ph.D. in Cancer Biology / Dermato-Oncology from DKFZ German Cancer Research Center and holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biosciences and Biology, respectively, from Heidelberg University.
