Michael Grant

Michael Grant currently serves as the Head of Strategy and Business Excellence for ANZ at Ipsen, where leadership of strategic thinking and execution through innovation drives growth. Previously, at CSL Seqirus, Michael was Senior Director of In-Licensing, overseeing strategy and performance development of the in-licensing portfolio while fostering talent through leadership programs. As Business Unit Director at CSL Seqirus, focus was on maximizing the pain portfolio's impact on patients and financial returns. Michael was also the Country Manager for Australia & NZ at ViiV Healthcare, responsible for overall financial performance and governance.
