Michaela Janickova

Michaela Janickova served as HR Business Partner DACH and Communication Lead for Human Resources International at Ipsen. Prior to this, Michaela gained experience as an HR Generalist intern and as an HR Coordinator at AbbVie, where they supported various HR functions and transition projects. Michaela's career began with roles in sales and M&A at DEKRA and as a bungee jumping instructor. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Global Business Management from Universität Augsburg and a Master's degree in Global Business Development from the University of Applied Sciences Kempten.
