Nicole Tesmer

Nicole Tesmer is an accomplished leader in business operations, people management, and training, currently serving as the Head of Business Operations and Planning at Ipsen since July 2018, following roles in various capacities including Head of People, Organizational Capabilities and Field Training, and Head of Field Operations. Prior to joining Ipsen, Nicole held the position of Executive Director at Intarcia Therapeutics, where responsibilities included developing corporate learning and leadership initiatives. With extensive experience at Sanofi, Nicole served as Head of Commercial Training and Development, as well as Associate Vice President for the General Medicines Field Force Strategy & Operations, managing significant budgets and training programs for over 2,500 sales representatives. Earlier in Nicole's career at Novartis, roles included Director of Sales Operations and Managing Director of the Primary Care Business Unit, showcasing a strong track record in operational strategy and team development. Nicole's career began in the US Army as a Company Executive and Battalion Personnel Officer, followed by earning a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Anna Maria College.
