Tichy previously owned and operated RJ TICHY Consulting, providing personalized healthcare consulting services focused on commercial strategy and insight generation. Tichy's extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry includes roles such as National Sales Director at Labtician Théa and Novartis, and various leadership positions at Alcon, Forest Laboratories Canada Inc., and GlaxoSmithKline. Tichy began the professional journey as a Corporate Account Manager at Xerox and holds a BA in Economics from Western University, complemented by education from Ridley College.
