Sarah Mahon

Sarah Mahon has extensive experience in supply chain management and finance, currently serving as the Director of End-to-End Supply Chain for Peptides at Ipsen since March 1991. In this role, Sarah is instrumental in enhancing the peptide supply chain process globally, overseeing aspects such as product planning and sales forecasting. Previously, Sarah held the position of Global Distribution and Customer Service Director at Ipsen, where responsibilities included defining distribution strategies and ensuring compliance with regulations. Earlier in her career at KPMG Ireland, Sarah specialized in corporate tax as a Trainee Accountant. Sarah holds several degrees, including FCA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, a BBS in Business Studies from Dublin City University, a Higher Diploma in Strategic HR Management from the Irish Management Institute, and training in supply chain management from PLS Pharma Logistics and APICS.
