Simon Mills

Simon Mills is an experienced professional in pharmaceutical manufacturing and process development, currently serving as the MS&T Principal Scientist for Drug Product Manufacturing at Ipsen since February 2023. Prior to this role, Simon worked at CSL as the MS&T Principal Process Scientist, providing technical support for fill-finish processes of vaccines from June 2020 to February 2023. Their extensive career at Ipsen spans from 2005 to 2020, where Simon held various positions, including Drug Product Development Team Leader and Pharmaceutical Process Expert, focusing on the development and optimization of parenteral drug products. Simon began their career as a Laboratory Analyst at Altrix Healthcare Ltd. in 2003. Academically, Simon holds a PGCert in Quality by Design for the Pharmaceutical Industry from De Montfort University, an MSc in Science Communication from The Open University, and a BSc in Pharmacology from the University of Liverpool.
