Stuart Clark

Stuart Clark is a seasoned professional in compliance and ethics, currently serving as the Senior Director of Business Ethics Global Compliance Monitoring at Ipsen since October 2017. In this role, Stuart leads global risk analysis and develops monitoring plans to ensure anti-bribery and compliance controls are effectively implemented across Ipsen affiliates and third-party entities, particularly focusing on a team in China. Prior to this, Stuart held various positions at Ipsen, including Global Manager for Ethics and Compliance Monitoring, where significant contributions to global compliance programs were made. Experience at Smith & Nephew involved supporting the Global Compliance Monitoring Program across over 70 countries, while earlier roles included Operations Manager at RWE npower and Group Database Manager at Honda UK.
