Sylvain Bougoin

Sylvain Bougoin serves as the Vice President of Regulatory Operations at Ipsen, overseeing key regulatory functions such as labeling, publishing, and regulatory project management, while ensuring compliance with global standards. Prior to this role, Bougoin worked at UCB as the Global Regulatory Project Management Lead, where responsibilities included optimizing submission activities, developing a project management team, and managing cross-functional deliverables. Bougoin’s diverse experience includes contributions to COVID testing as a volunteer, interim Director General at the European Association of Chemical Distributors, and various roles in regulatory affairs and project management across the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Bougoin holds a PhD in Life Sciences from Universite Francois Rabelais, Tours.
