Tim Batchelor

Tim Batchelor is an experienced professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as the Head of Global Commercial Learning and Development at Ipsen since April 2021. Prior to this role, Tim held positions at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies Europe as the Head of Learning and Development for Europe, where the European-wide strategy for training and capability development was created, and at Bristol-Myers Squibb in various roles including Global Learning Lead and Training Director. Tim’s earlier experience includes management positions at Actis Sales Technologies, Abbott, and sanofi-aventis, focusing on training and development needs across different sectors. Tim began the professional journey in sales management at Napp Pharmaceuticals after graduating from the University of Greenwich.
