Vincent Steels

Vincent Steels currently serves as the Business Unit Head for Rare Disease & Neuroscience at Ipsen since September 2023. Prior to this role, Vincent worked at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as Associate Director, Commercial Lead BeLux, where responsibilities included overseeing all commercial aspects of the portfolio, achieving sales objectives, engaging in pricing and reimbursement negotiations, and launching multiple brands. Vincent's extensive experience also includes various positions at Amgen, ranging from Sales Manager in Oncology to Sales & Marketing Manager, managing product portfolios across different therapeutic areas, and launching new products. Vincent's academic background includes advanced degrees from KU Leuven and a Master's degree in Management from London Business School.
