Wouter Van Thienen

Wouter Van Thienen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, sales, and commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry. They have held significant roles at various companies, including as a Product Manager and Brand Manager with Merck KGaA, Celgene, and Novartis, where they led innovative projects such as the launch of the first gene therapy in ophthalmology. Currently, Wouter serves as the Business Unit Head of oncology at Ipsen, focusing on bringing innovation to patients. Wouter also holds an MBA from Vlerick Business School and a master's degree in Physical Education from KU Leuven.
