Yulia Bushuk

Yulia Bushuk is currently the Group Internal Control and Process Improvement Manager at Ipsen, specializing in internal control, risk, and compliance management. Prior to Ipsen, Yulia served as a Complexity Manager at HEINEKEN, focusing on reducing product portfolio complexities. They also held the position of Senior Consultant at KPMG Russia, where they supported internal audits and improved business processes. Yulia earned a Bachelor's degree in Management from the Graduate School of Management at St. Petersburg State University and completed a degree in Business, Finance, and Accounting from ACCA.
