Steve Lam

Steve Lam has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles in the IT and telecommunications industry. Steve was most recently the Head of Operations at IP SERVERONE SOLUTIONS SDN BHD. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Service Delivery at TIME dotCom Berhad. Steve also served as the Head of Operations at AIMS Data Centre Sdn Bhd for four years. Earlier in their career, Steve worked at World Vision as a Regional Service Delivery Manager. Steve has extensive experience in operations, service delivery, and customer service.

Steve Lam obtained a Diploma of Education in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology, where they studied from 1991 to 1993. Additionally, they have received multiple certifications related to information security, business continuity management, and IT service management from various institutions such as BSI and AXELOS Global Best Practice.
