Bill Smith has over 30 years of professional experience in the IT industry. Bill began their career in 1988 with Unisys, where they held the role of Network Services Manager and Customer Services Manager. In 2001, they joined Reynolds & Reynolds as Regional Field Engineering Manager, managing a budget of $1.5-3 million and overseeing technical field operations in seven Western states. In 2009, they moved to Parkeon as Regional Services Development Manager, responsible for creating, developing, and selling service products to existing and new customers. From 2012 to 2015, they were Regional Business Development Manager at Parkeon North America, promoting and selling Parkeon parking solutions throughout the Western US. Since 2015, they have been Program Manager at IPS Group, Inc.
