Chad Randall

Chad Randall began their career in 1999 as a Management Development Program participant at Meritor. During this program, they held various engineering, marketing, and project management roles. In 2005, Randall joined Hach Company, a subsidiary of Danaher Corporation, as a Marketing Specialist. Two years later, they were promoted to Product Line Manager, where they were responsible for product development, quality, margin enhancement, and life-cycle management for a $100M+ global product line. In 2008, Randall joined IPS Group, Inc. as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, they were responsible for the broad oversight of IPS Group’s day-to-day operations and maintained direct supervision of the Company’s business development, marketing and customer service departments.

Chad Randall earned their MBA from Harvard Business School in 2005, following their BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in 1999.
