Randy Lassner

Vice President University Sales and Municipal Enforcement at IPS Group

Randy Lassner has been in the sales industry for the past 20 years. Randy started their career in 2001 as a Sales Executive at Pat Moran GMC, where they were responsible for selling new and used cars, maintaining a portfolio of 1300 clients, and helping to train new sale associates. In 2004, they moved to Mike Savoie Chevrolet as the General Manager of Used Cars, where they were responsible for recruiting, training, and managing all sale associates, as well as being responsible for all advertising and marketing for the used car departments at Mike Savoie and Acura of Troy. In 2008, they joined iParq as the Director of Sales, where they hired, trained, and developed all new account managers, created campaigns for the sales department, and maintained potential partnerships with other companies within the industry. In 2015, they joined Complus Data Innovations, Inc. as the Director of Sales and IPS Group, Inc. as the Vice President of University Sales and Municipal Enforcement and the Director of Business Development Enforcement. In these roles, they were responsible for gaining market share in the Midwest pertaining to single space and multi-space parking meters, and helping to consult Municipalities and Universities on best practices and best parking solutions when it comes to paid parking.

Randy Lassner attended the College of Marin from 1991 to 1993, where they earned an Associate's degree in General Studies.
