Amy Liew is a seasoned HR leader currently serving as the Senior HR Director at Ipsos Australia. With a robust career spanning over two decades, they previously held significant roles at companies such as Nestlé, where they advanced from Management Trainee to HR Remuneration Manager, and Synovate, where they managed both strategic and operational HR functions. Amy's expertise includes partnering with various departments, conducting C&B studies, and leading HR initiatives to support business growth. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Social Sciences and a Certificate of Proficiency in Mandarin from the University of Malaya.
