Benjamin Burssens serves as the Head of Innovation and Behavioral Science at Ipsos Belgium, having held this position since July 2017, along with the role of Head of SBL Marketing. In these capacities, Benjamin leads a team of 15-20 researchers specializing in innovation processes and market strategy, focusing on brand positioning and consumer shopping behavior. Prior to Ipsos, Benjamin worked as a Research Director at The World from October 2015 to December 2016, engaging in ethnographic research across multiple countries. Benjamin's earlier experience includes various roles at Profacts from February 2008 to September 2015, progressing from Market Research Consultant to Research Manager. Benjamin holds a Master's degree in Experimental Psychology from Ghent University, obtained in 2007.
