Bogdan Grozea

Bogdan Grozea has over 23 years of experience in software development, beginning with core technologies like C++ and Java and advancing to system architecture and integration analysis. They have held leadership roles, including Vice President of Development and Chief Operating Officer, managing teams of developers in global project environments. Currently serving as Global Access & Engagement IT Director at Ipsos, Bogdan coordinates various teams focused on systems design and technology adaptation. They have also owned a software company and are passionate about training, mentoring, and software methodologies. Bogdan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Computers from Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov.
