Carla Flamer

Carla Flamer is the Chief Client Officer for Canada at Ipsos, having previously served as President of Marketing Canada and Executive Vice President. Carla held the position of Senior Vice President at Ipsos Reid from 2000 to 2011 and was Vice President at both Angus Reid Group and Marketing Initiatives earlier in their career. Carla began in market research as an Assistant Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble from 1985 to 1991. Carla earned a BSc from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
