Carolina Smart is the Head of Customer Experience and Corporate Reputation at Ipsos, having held various leadership roles within the company since 2019. Prior to Ipsos, Carolina worked as a Directora de Proyectos and Consultoría at Proqualitas Consultores in 2016 and served as a Commercial Data Analyst at Reuters from 1999 to 2002.
