Chew Laylian

Chew Laylian has extensive experience in project management and customer service, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Ipsos since August 2012. Responsibilities include liaising with international teams across various regions to understand client needs, organizing presentations to discuss findings, and participating in client meetings to address inquiries. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Officer at UOB Centre of Excellence, where customer requirements were determined through handling high volumes of inbound calls, and as a Sales Administrator at Puma Sports Goods Sdn Bhd, performing clerical functions and supporting sales operations. Chew Laylian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman and a Diploma in Business Administration from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology.
