CHRISTINE BOURBONNAUD

Christine Bourbonnaud is the Directrice Gestion du Personnel et Paie at Ipsos, a position held since 2002. They manage a team of six and oversee personnel management for various employee categories across multiple establishments. Christine played a key role in implementing new payroll systems and enhancing HR processes, including the establishment of dashboards and electronic document management. Prior to Ipsos, they worked as a Gestionnaire Paye at Scet, handling payroll and personnel management for twelve companies.
