Ciprian Sava serves as the Global Head of Science, Experimentation, and Implementation as well as the Global Service Lines Head for Digital Transformation and Product Implementation at Ipsos since November 2013. With extensive experience in managing digital transformation strategies and product innovation, Ciprian has also held roles such as EVP for Global Product Implementation and SVP for Global Lead of Innovation and Execution, focusing on bridging technical innovation with operational execution. Prior experience includes senior leadership positions at Ipsos Interactive Services, driving client service and product development in North America. Furthermore, Ciprian co-founded the non-profit organization "Argument 21" aimed at enhancing youth engagement in civic life and served as a sociologist for the County Board of Public Health. Ciprian possesses an MBA in Business Management from Walden University and MAs in Political Philosophy along with a BA in Sociology and Political Science from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași.
