Cristina Vesa

Cristina Vesa has extensive experience in operations management in the field of market research. Since January 2012, Cristina serves as Head of Operations at Ipsos, overseeing the Field, Coding, and Data Processing teams, and participating in staff development and training needs assessment. Prior to this role, Cristina was Operations Manager at Synovate from August 2008 to December 2011, and Field Manager from August 1998 to August 2008, where responsibilities included team coordination, recruitment, training, and quality control. Cristina began their career in coding, ensuring adherence to professional codes and managing training for new hires. Academic credentials include a degree from Universitatea Româno-Americană din București, obtained between 1992 and 1997.
