Elena Spatariu is a Romanian-qualified lawyer with over 15 years of experience in general corporate and commercial law, labor law, and data protection. They have served as Senior Legal Counsel and Assistant to the General Counsel for EMEA at Ipsos, specializing in privacy counsel within the Global Privacy Counsels Team. Prior to this, Elena was a Legal Counsel at Ipsos Interactive Services from 2018 to 2023 and worked as an Attorney-at-Law at Markó & Udrea Attorneys-at-Law from 2006 to 2018. Elena holds a Master’s Degree in Labor Law and Employment Relations from the University of Bucharest.
