Emily Cooke is a Director of Global Employee Experience at Ipsos, where they act as a global advisor to local EX teams, driving best practices and supporting the growth of the company’s global EX business. They previously served as a Senior Consultant at Ipsos Karian and Box, focusing on employee engagement, culture diagnostics, and strategic insights research. Emily earned an MSc in Organisational Psychology from King's College London, graduating with distinction and receiving the Innovation Award for their dissertation project. They have also held positions as a Business Psychologist at Thrive Therapeutic Software and Recruitment Consultant in the construction industry.
