Erika Cano

Erika Cano is an experienced marketing and communications professional with a robust background in various leadership roles. At New Futuro, Erika served as an Account Supervisor from March 2012 to April 2014. Following this, Erika worked at Ipsos, where responsibilities included managing communication campaigns for North America as a Communications Manager from June 2013 to December 2014. Erika advanced to the role of Director of Respondents Communication, where the implementation of a third-party E-CRM/marketing automation platform was spearheaded, along with the development of a comprehensive communications strategy. As Vice President of Respondent Communications, Erika led the global marketing automation strategy for IpsosiSay.com. Earlier in the career, Erika was an Account Supervisor at The San Jose Group from February 2005 to February 2012 and served as a Math Tutor at Moraine Valley Community College from 2000 to 2002. Erika holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from DePaul University, having completed the IME Honors Marketing Program.
