Fiona Moss is the Head of the CX Global Analytics Team at Ipsos, providing analytics consultancy and solutions for Customer Experience data. Fiona has held various titles within the company, starting as a Trainee Research Executive and working their way up to Acting Head of the CX Global Analytics Team. Fiona also serves as an Examiner for the Market Research Society's Advanced Certificate exams. Prior to joining Ipsos, Fiona worked as a PR Assistant at Oxford Brookes University and holds a Bachelor's degree in French with Maths from Royal Holloway, University of London and a Master's degree in European Literature from the University of Oxford.
