Janelle A. James is a marketing strategist and consumer expert with extensive experience in the field, having held leadership positions at notable companies such as Leo Burnett Worldwide and DDB. Currently, Janelle serves as the Senior Vice President of Qualitative at Ipsos and as the US Head of Cultural Intelligence at Ipsos North America. Janelle is also a member of Chief and hosts the ARF CultureConnect Podcast. Janelle's achievements include being an Effie Award juror and receiving the 2021 Advertising Week ‘Future Is Female’ Award. Janelle is pursuing an AB in Sociology and an MBA at Harvard University while also participating in the Women's Director Development Program at Kellogg School of Management.
